I've always been to afraid to run because of my mild asthma but yesterday I said no more! I love runners, the dedication, the lean legs, the fitness, everything. Yesterday I decided I'm going to try and become one myself. So I ran this morning, I only got halfway around the track with out gasping for air but I'm proud. I will run just a little bit farther each day and someday I will be a true runner. This morning I was so scared I decided to forget it twice. Finally, two hours later, I left and I ran C: I got chill bumps from the thrill of it. I'm so happy I've decided to to do this. I've added completing a marathon to my bucket list <3

Hey guys, today I stumbled across a wonderful blog i think we could all use. http://theloveyourselfchallenge.tumblr.com/ As for me I love it. I've never been into depressing weight loss blogs and I know that the better you feel about yourself the more likely you are to work for an even better body. So for three days now I have stuck exactly to my plan C: I'm excited for monday so I can weigh myself and see if it has helped. But even if it is only a little bit i will still be proud because I have made a goal and stuck to it, that is a success all it's own. I am so much healthier than I was this time last year C:

Thank you all for the suggestions! My roommate wasn't too keen on me taping teabags up haha but I did post sticky notes with positive reminders on my two shelfs of food and one in the fridge. So far so good! I've overcome 2 bad cravings and 1 bad moment of hunger by going for the hot tea! C: Yay!
Also, I've posted a note next to my mirror to remind me to eat right everyday. I'm working on saying positive things about myself very day and thinking nice thoughts. If I feel that my body is beautiful now but on the road to better I take care of it and treat it right. If I say "you're a fat pig" over and over I end up feeling like crap and thus eating crap. Positive things are better and I feel much better than before.

I hate how I tend to ignore my little weight loss miracle, hot tea, when I'm hungry. After a full day of eating right and staying on track I'll go and screw it up by having a bowl of oatmeal with a banana. I get hungry and I think to myself, the hot tea will fill you up. But then I ignore it, thinking it could not possibly work, and go have another 270cals for the low cal oatmeal and banana. Does anyone have any idea how to remind myself and make me listen?

So my colonscope is over yay! They said they source is nothing serious and not to worry so I'm very glad all is well. Also, my official weigh in day is every Monday morning and today I was at 126. Not awesome but it is closer and for that i am grateful. I think my new diet should really help and I'll keep you guys updated! C:
I went to see "The Help" in theaters today and let me just say it will be winning some awards. It was so amazing, you ladies have to go! Anyway, Thanks everyone for always being so supportive and here for me! I love you all <3 Stay Beautiful

Also, my new diet is going really well, all the protein keeps me full so I have no problem with avoiding over eating. I got rid of all the food in my house except for veggies, sugar free jello, sweet potatoes, bullion, and my protein stuff. I haven't binged in a while C:
Today is the day before my colonscope so I'm on a liquid diet and my favorite drink is welche's grape juice with sprite mixed in. I'm not even really hungry. Wish me luck that tomorrow goes well and they find out what is wrong with me!! <3

Tomorrow I'm starting a new diet where i have a protein shake for breakfast, a protein bar and apple for lunch, and a normal, healthy dinner. I will also have a snack of celery and baby spinach throughout the day. It will go like this:
Breakfast: Protein shake -270
1/2 grapefruit -52
Lunch: Protein bar -300
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettechini Frozen -260
Snacks: celery -10
carrots - 80
i hope this will help me out with my long time weight plateau
