Protein diet & Thinspo

Tomorrow I'm starting a new diet where i have a protein shake for breakfast, a protein bar and apple for lunch, and a normal, healthy dinner. I will also have a snack of  celery and baby spinach throughout the day. It will go like this:
Breakfast: Protein shake -270
                 1/2 grapefruit -52
Lunch: Protein bar -300
            Apple -70
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettechini Frozen -260
Snacks: celery -10
             carrots - 80
             apple -70
               total: 1112
i hope this will help me out with my long time weight plateau
