Hey again & Thinspo

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've been very busy getting everything ready for college c: So I've been stuck yo yoing between 130 and 125 lbs for about 5months. Even when I was still hardcore eating only 300cals I could never get below 125. Does anyone have any ideas or insight as to why I can't seem to get any lower?! It is very frustrating...


  1. I can't believe I am going to say this but maybe try a 'detox' fast, three days of water and teas.
    Or a huge burst of exercise?

  2. Maybe it's something with your metabolism? If you don't variate enough, you know. I'm sure you already thought of that, but I don't really know what else it could be? Hmm.

  3. I am going to have a mandatory colon cleanse soon so I hope that helps. I've tried everything to vary my diet and anything to boost metabolism... I have like no idea...
