Ignoring miracles & Thinspo

I hate how I tend to ignore my little weight loss miracle, hot tea, when I'm hungry. After a full day of eating right and staying on track I'll go and screw it up by having a bowl of oatmeal with a banana. I get hungry and I think to myself, the hot tea will fill you up. But then I ignore it, thinking it could not possibly work, and go have another 270cals for the low cal oatmeal and banana. Does anyone have any idea how to remind myself and make me listen?

  1. Keep tea bags taped to your fridge door and cabinets? I might actually try that... have you ever tried vanilla bean tea? It is sososo delicious :)

  3. You could write yourself a note on the oatmeal. Like on a post-it or just on the container. You could also leave the tea out on the counter and when you glace at it, it will serve as a reminder. :) But taping tea bags to the fridge is a really good idea, too.

  4. I do the same thing! Just leaving the tea out on the side helps me, because I see it and remember :)

  5. I bought a glass jar to put my tea, coffee and sugar in, I've also got another one for green tea. When I see it, I can always remember that ohh I'm not supposed to go to the cupboard to stuff my face, I've to have tea or green tea instead :)

btw Shrinking green tea doesn't make me queasy even if i drink it by itself. I suggest you try a vanilla or sleepy time tea. C:
