Fast over & Thinspo












Well yesterday was the last day of my fast and I can honestly say it was hard. I was very snippy with people and I'm usually a nice person :c Like I said it gave me time to think about how I view food. Sometimes I worry that when I reach my ugw I will still hate my body. Well only time will tell.

  2. I had to rest a LOT. I picked days when i wouldn't need to move around much.

  5. I'm sure you've heard it before but fasting at your weight level doesn't always have the desired effect of reducing weight. Keep a record of what works and what doesn't since your own experiences of how your body reacts to inputs is at least as important as information that you might read

  6. I actually wasn't fasting just to lose weight but also to detoxify my body. However, I was of course upset when I gained 4lbs. But thank you (: I am learning a lot about how my own body reacts to food.
