Well yesterday was the last day of my fast and I can honestly say it was hard. I was very snippy with people and I'm usually a nice person :c Like I said it gave me time to think about how I view food. Sometimes I worry that when I reach my ugw I will still hate my body. Well only time will tell.
How did you make sure you had enough energy etc?? If I fast I'll end up fainting!!!

I had to rest a LOT. I picked days when i wouldn't need to move around much.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you've heard it before but fasting at your weight level doesn't always have the desired effect of reducing weight. Keep a record of what works and what doesn't since your own experiences of how your body reacts to inputs is at least as important as information that you might read
ReplyDeleteI actually wasn't fasting just to lose weight but also to detoxify my body. However, I was of course upset when I gained 4lbs. But thank you (: I am learning a lot about how my own body reacts to food.
