The satisfaction of eating without! :-) & Thinspo

i've always wanted a bike like this <3

So I just discovered a great new tip! Earlier I mentioned how great light vanilla soy milk tastes but now it has even better benefits. I can pour about 1/4 cup of it into a cup and very slowly sip it while looking at pictures of tasty food like strawberries, cakes, and sweets. I really feel like i'm getting such a treat but only 17cals as opposed to the 200 or so for the real thing :-) i am like so beyond happy i figured this out. I'm serious try it!
