Today was an ok day

My goal for today was 300 or less. I did make that but I didn't eat what I'd written down I would eat for the day. I had three raw figs that my dad gave me and I ate them without thinking. It cost me 180cals. And I had one bite of a european candy bar and it was a tiny bite to be safe I'm saying 20cals. I also had half a light english muffin (52), 2 sticks of juicy fruit (20) and 2 stalks of celery (10) and lots of hot tea and water. For a total of 282 today. Not bad but definitively could be much much better.

  1. well done (its kiwiphoto55 from DA by the way) remember that you only need to burn what you consume so eat but make sure your exercise is as much or more :)

  3. How do you feel about the concept of 'negative calorie' foods? That is, foods that burn more calories to digest than they provide.

  4. i don't trust them. scientist have said there is no such thing as a negative calorie food. I still eat celery it says one stalk is 5cals so i count it as such. i don't think i could eat all the celery i want and not gain cals.
